Well my system went down for almost 2 months as soon as the summer solstice started. Needless to say I was not a happy customer when I was told it wouldn't be fixed till the end of August.
But Sunrun came through a very helptul customer service team member named Gigi in Sacramento stayed on top of it along with a few others here in New England and had the part (inverter)replaced about two weeks earlier. The technician was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He worked on it for hours in 90+ degrees and also found one of the panels was not producing replaced a part on that as well.

Very pleased a Rep from Renew energy LLC ! I am very pleased with my new power purchase agreement! Customer service is busy but allways standing by to help!! And this kept me in my home with ever increasing fossil fuel rates! Eversorce just went $ 16.50 in one day last mounth!
