The technician was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. The company also credited the customer’s account for the time the system was off line. The company stood by the customer, and every employee was extremely helpful and supportive. Customers appreciated representatives who were knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. They took the time to explain all the solar options in a way that made sense. Representatives were thorough, patient, and personable. Other representatives showed professionalism and friendliness, had the patience to explain the benefits, and reassured concerns. The time frame was exactly what was promised. Customers are very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend Sunrun to anyone interested in going solar.

Andrew is a great Sales Manager. He is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. It’s clear he loves what he is doing. After the solar panels are installed he continues to check in periodically to see make sure everything is running well. The company is a great one too! I’m extremely satisfied!
