I have been coming here for YEARS! Never had an issue. Just called and asked if i could freeze the package i just got for CHRISTMAS because my grandfather is dying in cape cod. Answer was no. I asked for a refund, answer was no. Girl sounded 18. She told me i need a DOCTORS NOTE for them to do anything about it. This was the only Christmas gift i got from anyone & was so excited… wow what crappy business. There are better & cheaper places to go to. Dont go here…
Update, the owner did end up fixing this for me after my review which was much appreciated. That manager though needs retraining.

Highly recommend Revere Tanning. I went to Woburn location unscheduled at 7:30PM 3/6/24. The staff were extremely professional and helpful - A+. As a novice to tanning they listened to my specific needs and set me up for my first session in under a half hour. I ended up buying a package of 10 and I am already looking forward to my next session. The facility is large, clean, and comfortable with high end equipment. Highly recommended for those seeking tanning, treatment for specific skin ailments or medical conditions where tanning may help. A super-efficient operation and overall great experience.

Revere Tanning Salon has some of the best tanning beds I've yet to use. I've began my indoor tanning experience back when the 1st Tanorama opened (no points off 4 spelling) The facility in Woburn where I go is always spotless.If I were to suggest anything it would be nice if they had some regular specials like other salons i.e. 1/2 off all beds/booths on weekends with upgrade, free Tan week where you can upgrade for free, try out other beds, bring in your friends, deals on lotions and better selection. Okay enough, over all I'm happy
