Dealing with lead paint issues in one's home is a technical and unfamiliar task for most people, but Rob does a fantastic job of making it understandable and easy. He's very flexible and responsive to questions via email or phone, and after he goes through the quite involved evaluation process, he explains the situation and remediation needs in a very clear manner understandable to a layman. We got our lead situation tackled, and it was pretty painless, thanks to Rob!
