Aidan helped us with a same day clogged sewer main in our home. Was so happy to get our house back up in running in just a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and loved dogs too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Eric came out to my house within 45 minutes of my service request. I had a terrible odor in my basement laundry room that was driving me crazy for 3 days. As soon as he went down to my laundry room, he said it smelled like a dead animal. Low and behold, after searching the area, I discovered a mouse dead in a trap. Eric got it and put it in a baggie for me and took it with him. He was very polite and honest (he said there was no service charge since he didn't do anything.) To me, he did a LOT!! I will be calling John's Sewer and Drain going forward with any plumbing issues.

The fast response and hard work from Jim made my kitchen sink drain nightmare into no problem at all. Jim’s work was efficient and tidy, and he left the workspace clean. He provided useful tips to help prevent future drain issues.
