Holy Cow. Amazing service, genuine people, and honest the entire way through the process. Came out this morning on THE 4TH OF JULY to help with a sewage leak from a clogged drain. Called 3 places and left messages/spoke with answering service with no response. Aaron M was kind and patient, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will be our go to from now on. THANK YOU.
John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning Come home from work to shower and water start filling our refinished basement.....we panick not knowing what to do ...we call our plumber and he says sounds like your pipes are clogged going out to the street. He says call John's sewer a local company they have emergency service...we called and they sent Patrick who was in our home within 23 minutes. He was so sweet delivering us news that "our pipes are terrible, but he is going to do everything he can to figure out where the clog is......he was a one man show and because our basement is refinished we didn't have a trap buy he reassured us he would do everything he could and he did! He was humble, polite and this local company did what they said they were going to do. When I called the office to pay after he left, I asked if they had a military discount. They said they don't but would give us one because my husband served. If you have drain issues, I highly recommend supporting this local business. John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning thank you for standing behind your name, thank you Patrick for being calm when we were panicking.....support your local business because large corporations don't treat you like this.....
Came home on a Friday night to a foul smell in the basement and realized we had a backup in our main sewer line. Another company couldn't come out until the next day but John's Sewer had a technician nearby and scheduled him to come over ASAP. Jeff arrived within the hour, assessed the problem, lugged his heavy auger down and back up my bulkhead stairs on a muggy evening and cleared the line in under 2 hours. He kept us informed of his findings and made recommendations for next steps. Yes it was pricey, but great immediate service was worth it to not have to vacate our home for the night. John's will be my first call next time.
