I deal with supply houses in vendors every day multiple times a day have recently been dealing with Steve in the Woburn Granite city branch and it has been A awesome experience. Is super responsive both by phone and email always gets right back to me with questions or a completed quote. Super good at working around our crazy schedule in sourcing specialty items if needed. I could not be any more pleased with the service I’ve been getting highly recommend also very good with pricing any discrepancies he is more than happy to talk over and revise if needed

I had an excellent interaction with the counter guys in Woburn. Friendly, helpful, and treated me with respect. As a non-electrian do-it-yourselfer, I often feel like I am not welcome and not treated with patience for being a non-professional and a non regular customer. Dealing with the people at Granite City was a pleasure.
