My daughter (6) has been attending classes at Fenix Woburn for 2 years, and my son (4) has been attending classes for 1 year. I have seen a tremendous increase in their confidence and social skills since they began classes. All of the Fenix coaches are wonderful with the kids. They create fun, structured classes that helped the kids learn Jiu Jitsu and how to behave in a class setting. I would recommend Fenix to anyone (adult or child) who want to be part of a supportive community while learning important life skills!
Fenix has a variety of excellent coaches who seem to genuinely care about each student's progression and safety. I've learned so much since I started here 4 years ago. Students are respectful, safety-minded, and dedicated to the pursuit of excellence. Recommended.
I recently took a women’s self defense class, which I would highly recommend to all. The entire staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They presented realistic scenarios and taught us various techniques for how to fight back. This is such a useful class, I would absolutely recommend taking it. 10/10
