“We were immediately impressed with the speed of Ivy’s response to our request for an estimate for our bathroom renovation, Marvin came out exactly the day and time that was agreed upon and got to inspecting the bathroom.A day or 2 later Ivy got back to us with a comprehensive and detailed estimate and we quickly agreed to it. “We brought in Level & Plumb mid-reno on two bedrooms in our Charlestown single family as our previous contractor ghosted us mid-project. Gary and his team were very responsive and professional and really helped us get out of a mess. They did great work finishing the bedrooms and fixing things the previous contractor had messed up. The work Level & Plumb did included crown molding, fixing of the floorboards, electrical work, restored exposed brick, fixed stair tread, installed some flooring, and reconnected our HVAC.
