She was completely unfazed, and presented me with options, along with the advantages and drawbacks of each one. I ended up deciding to go in a different direction than I’d originally planned. This meant that I needed her to come back a second time to finish the job. I was concerned that I’d have to live with the temporary fix we’d worked out for a week or more. But Max arranged her schedule, so it was done the next day. I can’t say enough about what an amazing job she did.
