Sandi B. at Phoenix Salon has been cutting my hair for 23 years. She has a great sense of style and listens well to any input from her clients. She’s always on time and is a wonderful person to be around too! I have had highlights done by Sandi in the past and she was spot-on with the color and mix of high and low lights, making the finished look natural and so pretty.Services: Kids' cuts
