Fantastic job done by multiple techs. It was a difficult job where the issue was difficult to resolve, but all of the technicians were persistent and thorough and did a fantastic job of finally solving the problem.

I had to have my radiator lines purged because I had air in the lines. The air releaf valve was not opened fully which caused the problem. Shouldn't this be checked out when you get your annual maintenance?

I am scratching my head why Fawcett doesn't have all 5 star reviews! Our family has used them for decades, and each and every technician, each and every person that answers the phone is knowledgeable, kind, patient, professional. We have a wicked old boiler system in our basement, and Fawcett maintains it at incredibly reasonable rates. Have an emergency? They are there within 15 minutes any time of day or night. And they go the extra mile on every job. We have never had a mediocre experience with this company, let alone a bad one. Thank you!
