My son has been going to EFK since he was 4 years old (he’s 8 now). He is not only gaining physical exercise, but also emotional resilience. The senseis do not hesitate to challenge the students, which I appreciate very much. The dojo is a positive environment, where kids are challenged and encouraged. Highly recommend!

My daughter learnt Karate here from when she was in 6th. An amazing dojo with great Sensei, she learnt discipline, perseverance, empathy and earned 2nd degree black belt. She always wants to remain part of Elite freestyle and appreciates the friendship and camaraderie she earned.

Our son Michael started at Elite Freestyle Karate in Arlington when he was just 6 years old. He’s now 14, earned his black belt a few years ago, and is still training and progressing toward his next degree. Looking back, enrolling him was one of the best decisions we’ve made as parents.
