I emailed them first thing the morning after the storm and Steve Balsavich was in communication with me in a matter of hours. He personally came by to secure the damage that day and sent the crew over to do the repairs a few days later. I found them on the internet because of their great ratings and I see why. Huge shoutout to Stella for saving us recently! They originally came out to help with some ice dams when we were in a pinch. Their communication was excellent and they showed up right on time.
Since they were already on the roof, I had them do an inspection. They made the process so easy by sending over videos and photos of the damage so I could see exactly what was going on. After giving us a great price, the actual installation was a breeze—the crew was in and out in a single day.
