“My friend and I tried Rejuvenate for the first time today! We did a 2 person float and then a 20 minute session in the sauna. I’ve never done either so I didn’t know what to expect. The staff at the front quickly went over everything and let us ask any questions if we had them, other than that, it was a very self directed experience. After the float, I felt any muscle tension I had was lessened and felt very much at ease. They provided towels, ear plugs, head rests, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner for after you get out. I was able to shower off all the salt and cool myself off before heating up again in the sauna. I really enjoyed it. I already booked another session. Had no idea this place existed.
