When you installed our steps, the worker stepped on and broke our basement window cover and said the company would reach out to replace it. It’s been 2 years and we’ve heard nothing.

Shea Concrete installed some prefabricated front stairs and railings for us last year and they look fantastic. The stairs held up well over the winter, we followed the instructions and didn't use any deicers on them. Instead we got electric mats that melt the snow and ice. However, the railings did start to rust a little. I sent our sales rep an email with some pictures and he told me that they would have someone come out and repair them for us when the weather got better. Today they came and repaired and repainted the railings and they look like brand new.
