By far the best customer service experience I have ever had with making a purchase for my business! I placed an order for laminate on Wednesday afternoon and we planned to pick it up Thursday. I called Thursday on the way to the warehouse to confirm and Tammy found that by mistake the wrong sheets had been ordered. She asked to call me back after she looked into it. She called back less than 10 minutes later and let me know she had taken care of everything and made sure the correct sheets were being pulled! Awesome service. I was working on the road and I had a one night project in town and had assumed that my company ordered me some laminate for will call pick up, as they had in the previous two places I worked. My fault for not double checking. And I assumed that the will call was open until 430pm as the previous two places I went. Again my fault for not checking. When I called at 340pm and talked to the gal on the phone, while still at my hotel 22 minutes away, she was very friendly and helpful and said she would make sure someone was there to let me get my will call pick up, after normal will call hours, and if I had and problems to call her when I arrived and she would...read full review
