I registered online ahead of time and scheduled an appointment to avoid having to sit there because of the weakness. I ended up sitting & waiting there for over an hour before the provider could see me. I was feeling extremely weak and had no strength to sit, the wait time only made it worse for me.“

“Incredible service! I was traveling on business and suffering from severe seasonal allergies. I was in and out in less than an hour as a “walk in” (no appointment).
Very polite and thoughtful staff. Fast process, and effective prescriptions to address the symptoms. They did very quick diagnostics to rule out flu or Covid so that we could remedy the allergy symptoms. 24 hours later and I’m feeling almost 100% again.

“Just had my 2nd cataract surgery at N S C and L. A caring ,friendly and competent staff from the front desk to the post op nurse. I felt ‘safe and calm ‘ throughout. HEY,I almost had a good time. I was told the reason the accompanying person if staying is asked to wear a mask is : The staff do not need to wear a mask unless they have had a recent exposure. They do not want to ‘quiz ‘ your ride so they are asked to wear a mask.“

When MGH said they hadn’t received my referral, I called your front desk several times, but unfortunately most of the staff I spoke with weren’t very helpful and seemed rather indifferent, no one offered to follow up with MGH for me. He first confirmed that my doctor had written the referral, double checked MGH’s fax number, resent the fax, and even called MGH’s team himself to make sure they received it and promised to call me back once their referral team reviewed it.
