My basement toilet and shower were not draining and we started to see puddles of water, as well as some water under the vinyl flooring. Then we noticed water puddles around the toilet as well. So we thought the main drain was probably clogged.
We called KP Drains in the morning at around 8 am, they got back to me in about 15 min, and told me they could get someone in between 11 - 1 pm. I waited and called back and they told me that someone canceled and there can be someone there soon.

We recently used KP drains to have several drains cleaned out, including our main sewer line at our home in Andover. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and customer care. Brandon was the technician sent out and he was extremely informative and explained what the process entailed. Moreover, he addressed all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend using this company for any drain-related issues in your home. The prices are very reasonable and they’re honest about what is needed to resolve the problem, which I really appreciate.
From the first call and speaking to Shelia booking a service call lto the technicians that responded. A seamless experience. Arrived on time or early got right to work explained the work they were doing and soultions to fix the problem. First day way snaking the drain to isolate the problem then camera inspection the next day. Both technicians were top notch Andrew and Brandon made me a customer for life.
