I was so impressed with Drains By James. They arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and repaired my sewage line efficiently with minimal disruption. They provided excellent service from start to finish. The technicians Mark and Brandon were knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the problem and repair process clearly. I felt very confident in their work and would definitely use them again. A shout out to the office staff Meghan and Paula who were just as impressive and a pleasure to work with. We had a backed up sewer issue and I called Drains By James and they sent Shane within an hour and a half. Shane was very courteous and professional and fixed the issue ! I would recommend their services to anyone.
