Well let me just say the have a NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most recently one of the tenants that I had complained about a clog thier bathroom sink. I called the company that we have used forever. They sent thier guy who couldnt unclog the drain because he said the pipes were old and I would need to cut open the wall and have a plumber service the clog. The plumber came and looked and told me that it is an old T line connection and that the pipe is in good standing and they need to come back and unclog it. I then called the old company on saturday about it which the woman in the office was so incredible rude to me that I told her to send me my final invoices and I would pay them.... read full review

When my toddler flushed an object down the toilet this morning all I could picture was having a broken toilet for days and spending a ton of money to have it fixed. I called Drains by James and Kyle was here within hours. He told me in advanced what it was going to cost if the toilet had to be removed and if it did not, and I was pleasantly surprised by both prices. The toilet did not need to be removed and Kyle had the object out in minutes! He was very kind to my toddler (the culprit) and was sociable and easy to communicate with. The job was done quickly and done well! Would definitely recommend Drains by James to anyone!

Total blockage of the main drain from home to the street! In effect shutting down the house. Called Company A, who responded and after about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes stated they couldn’t open the line. ( offered a solution -estimated cost of $28;000 dollars). Called Drains by James next day and they responded! Their tech named EDDIE had it opened up within an hour! EDDIE. also cited the possible cause to the blockage which will be addressed soon. Can’t say enough good things about EDDIE ,a true professional!, Also received a phone call the next day from the owner James! Job well done along with outstanding customer service.
