As a customer of Clip Shop since a teenager in the 80s, I made a cut/color appointment with Jess and left more than happy with the results. Initially, I was concerned when she told me she was 21 but had been employed there for 2 years already. Well, Miss Jess did a phenomenal job. Great personality, very accommodating, professional, and mature. She will be my new stylist as long as I reside in Berkshire County. Clip Shop has always been the best salon in Berkshire County. Rose in Pittsfield is also amazing. Recommend 1000%
