“Did not have any hot water and was referred to Cadorette by a neighbor. Andy came out and fixed my hot water issue. I asked if he could come back for the follow up and he said Chris, the owner, would want to come out so that he'd be familiar with my home as well. Really appreciated that they cared about that. Chris was great - professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Was meticulous about not leaving a mess, too. I'll be using them for my heating, hot water and gas fireplace going forward. And Caitlyn in the office couldn't be more helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them.“

“Sam is an absolute gem of a man who saved me from having no heat in the middle of the winter, and informed me of how badly a different company (ahem McDonald ahem) scammed me before he was able to look my system over. He immediately found the problem, fixed within 20 min, and didn't even let me pay him because he felt so bad about my previous bad experience (hop on over to their page if you're curious about who *not* to hire).
