Joanne is the most knowledgeable and experienced hairdresser I have EVER been to - not to mention she is full of wit and wisdom and it's always fun to chat with her.Every time I go, I learn something new. I was parting my hair on the wrong side. But with my face shape, she told me to part it on the other side to even out my features. I can't imagine going back to the old way because I look horrible.She also told me to stop washing my hair everyday and she saved me untold hours (and shampoo and conditioner) of washing and styling my hair. As always, it was a great experience. The hairdresser was kind and courteous. The shop was clean, and she was respectful of the social distancing guidelines that are in place in the state of Massachusetts.

The salon is wonderful ! I have exclusively gone there for over 20 years averaging around every 3 months to get my hair cut and colored. Not once have I left with less than perfect results. During the service you get undivided attention and treated like royalty. Always great deals on hair product as well.
