I hate to give such a bad review for this place because everyone is so nice and most of ladies are wonderful! But today was a different story. The woman who was doing my hair today was the one with super messy yellowish blond hair. 1.She just about ripped my cuticles out by aggressively scrubbing my head. She actually scratched me multiple times. She kept rubbing my hair so hard she was shaking me in the seat and it was so uncomfortable. Next we arrive at the chair. I asked for a light trim of about 1/4 of an inch. SHE CUT OFF 2 INCHES OF MY HAIR!!!!!! She was also coming my hair like she was hitting my hair with it. To boot, I got my hair braided as well. Whilst braiding she was pulling my hair so hard it jerked me and it hurt. She also was digging the comb into my scalp and shoulder when she was combing. My hair is now extremely uneven and I WILL be making sure to get someone other that her. If anyone knows her name please let me know. Anyways, beware of the blond lady!
