This was my favorite place!It is an issue of patient safety that New England Skin Center refused to give me my medical providers contract information when I asked for it. Design a patient access to their medical provider is patient neglect and deeply disturbing!Christine has been the supervising medical provider at New England Skin Center since his creation. I have seen Christine for Dysport and Sculptra for years. She is extremely knowledgeable, talented, and I would not trust anyone else to touch my face! I called to make an appointment. Jessica, said that Christine is not here, but Tobi can do my service.

I have been a long time client of Christine and Tobi and can wholeheartedly recommend them and the entire staff of New England Skin Center. They listen carefully to you and your concerns and talk through all the options available (and there seem to be new ones every day!). They never try to upsell you or push products, which I think is the mark of a very professional place. Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Botox. There are many places that offer this, but there is such a high level of skill and professionalism at NESC. Most recently, I have been getting Botox on my chin to combat the orange peel look! It has really done wonders, and now that I’m keeping up with it the skin is smoothing out. This type of self-care gives me a boost. I don’t have a house cleaner, I have a friend cut my hair, and I use color out of a box so I can give myself the this gift of youth! The office is clean, modern and well designed. You are greeted at the front door by Jessica, who is organized and friendly. She confirms all my appointments via text and I find it very convenient. 5 stars for NESC!Service: BOTOX treatments

I have been visiting New England Skin Center since 2021. NESC and Tobi came highly recommended and I can see why! Tobi really took the time to listen to me and my concerns, explain how botox and fillers work, and made me feel comfortable in my choice to get botox. What I really appreciated was the follow up appointment to make sure that everything looked as it should and to correct or add in any needed touch ups. Tobi had my face looking youthful and glowing for my wedding. Fast forward to feb 2023, I had my first appointment as a new mom. Once again Tobi took the time to listen to me, cry with me and offer advice to a new mom struggling with postpartum. I left there with a grateful heart and felt so confident in my decision to get Botox again. I recommend NESC and Tobi to anyone who asks me about Botox. I can’t wait for my next visit in a few months!

I very rarely post online reviews, but I felt compelled to write this after my experience with NESC. Sadly, I have been to about 4-5 dermatologists/doctors in the last 10 years. The majority of my experiences were mediocre, at best. Physicians would consistently make me wait 30-45 minutes, and then spend about 5 minutes tops. They hardly ever read through my chart, and or, prior skin issues, and were also very quick to prescribe me antibiotics without understanding my skin situation. The antibiotics after 5 years of being off and on have taken a toll on my stomach. All of that changed when Christine ( the co-founder) introduced me to Shelly at NESC, and she is absolutely the best Aesthetician I've ever been to. I didn't have to wait and she spent as much time as I needed to listen to me, additionally, explain to me with an educational approach what was ahead of me for my treatment and my battle with Rosacea. I'll also add that the office is very inviting and from the moment you walk in you feel like you're family. Shelly is very knowledgeable, compassionate, engaging, and overall made me feel very supported, and the same can be said about the entire staff. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
