Tried scamming me saying I needed a new oil tank and couldn't fill it after charging me. Now I have to wait for refund and they are still keeping part of it. Note I had an inspection and oil fill from different company the month before. Beware. Greedy scam artists.

Let me attest to the fact this is the most rudest and unprofessional customer service oil company I have ever dealt with. My experience today is for me to request the technician to prime my oil tank. When the technician came and I was almost home. However, he waited about 20 mins and he did not tell me anything about late evening fee will be applied. About 1week after, I found out the charges and called the customer service. She kinda explained everything since he waited for me and the time was after 4pm. I have to responsible for the charge. What great speedy service once explained my situation! Arrived on time and knew exactly the way to repair my issue! Can't say enough about finding a great business that actually cares and follows thru with making sure the best outcome is achieved! Completely satisfied and total confidence in this business!
