I contacted John for an inspection of my second floor deck and an examination of the roof under it. He responded quickly, and thoroughly examined the deck flooring and deck supports. He inspected the condition of the roof tiles under the deck also. I was grateful for his expertise and his written report which I received promptly. I recommend John for work well done.
John performed a full inspection on the condo we are buying pointing out several areas of concern as well as teaching us about the systems in the unit. His inspection was inclusive and indepth making suggestions throughout the process to properly maintain it. His report was detailed and informative having photos of areas of concern. I would strongly suggest hiring John to inspect your property.
John was great! He was patient as I asked him all sort of questions, and was very thorough in the process. I felt at ease during what can be an overwhelming event.
