The company sent a contract for pool closing with a date of oct 1, which I signed. When no one showed up by 4pm, I called and was told that their schedule said oct 2 and they couldn’t come out. They agreed to close the pool while I wasn’t home and “take care of anything that was needed while I was out for the day”. I came home to a short note that the closing was complete. However, when I looked at the pool, 20% of the cover was completely unattached to any anchor. I called, and the receptionist was very rude - no apology for the incomplete work at all. She claimed she would have someone look. Who knows when that will be.
We have had a great experience with Aquaknot. Kristine is always available to answer any questions and she helped us and guided us every step of the way. We highly recommend Aquaknot!
