They quoted me a large fee just to try to find the issue, even after I told them we knew the problem. The person that arrived was rude and combative. I got another quote for 1/2 the price of the original quote within an hour from a manager, that was off putting, so they over charged me with the first quote? I chose to call another company that did the repair for 1/2 the cost of even the diagnosis.

Anderson Plumbing deserves a much better rating. I spoke with the owner Dave multiple times for my tankless water heater, and he is always very responsive,m and explain everything really well. They are not like most plumbing companies hiring an operator to answer the calls who has no idea about anything when i call in. Most time when I call Anderson Plumbing, they actually have someone knows their stuff and can tell me what options I have. That's a huge plus for me and their price is also very reasonable. Fast and efficient replacement of our water heater. Called back within the day - squeezed us in the next morning. Cleaned up afterwards. No complaints.
