“Great experience. Some of these reviews seem like they don’t know the ins and outs and that’s okay. When it comes to billing insurance, it’s actually your doctors office that needs to handle that along with any prior authorization and not this pharmacy. I’ve been coming here since the beginning and they have done a great job. I know they just switched to a new system where they have been working tirelessly to get patients stuff up to date. This is network-wide. My doctors office didn’t send my prescriptions over so the pharmacy couldn’t access them but it’s on the doctors office.“
