The staff were super friendly and helpful and most importantly, my tech, Victoria, did an absolutely fantastic job with my Korean lift and tint. You can see my natural color in my eyebrows here and the contrast with the tinted lashes. Will be a great value if they last 6-8 weeks as they say! For anyone visiting from out of town: Sway is easily accessible via public transport (both bus and train; Kenmore stop) and is within walking distance of many hotels. Staff have been consistently warm and notably welcoming to first-time visitors based on my initial experience, observations and conversations overheard while in the waiting room.

Sway has become a part of my self-care routine/rotation (so much so that I picked up a small part-time gig exclusively to fund my spa days). They make me feel like family while there, and their services have consistently left me feeling so relaxed just the thought of an upcoming appointment has become soothing. Based on observation, it seems you cannot go wrong with any of their staff. Based on experience, I highly recommend asking for Lucy, Sheli, and/or Sarah, and asking about integrating aromatherapy when you get there“
