“Lash L’Amour was easy to book and I was able to get an evening appointment on fairly short notice. This location was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful and most importantly, my tech, Victoria, did an absolutely fantastic job with my Korean lift and tint. You can see my natural color in my eyebrows here and the contrast with the tinted lashes. Will be a great value if they last 6-8 weeks as they say! They even give you some spoolie brushes to take with you so you can fluff them again once they settle in. Excited to have found this place!“

She educated me on her process and the products she was using every step of the way, explaining why the specific ingredients she chose were right for my skin type. She was so attentive. For anyone visiting from out of town: Sway is easily accessible via public transport (both bus and train; Kenmore stop) and is within walking distance of many hotels. Staff have been consistently warm and notably welcoming to first-time visitors based on my initial experience, observations and conversations overheard while in the waiting room.

Sway has become a part of my self-care routine/rotation (so much so that I picked up a small part-time gig exclusively to fund my spa days). They make me feel like family while there, and their services have consistently left me feeling so relaxed just the thought of an upcoming appointment has become soothing. Based on observation, it seems you cannot go wrong with any of their staff. Based on experience, I highly recommend asking for Lucy, Sheli, and/or Sarah, and asking about integrating aromatherapy when you get there“
