Tigran is a magician! I was reluctant to drop off my designer shoes initially, but my husband had a few pair repaired and they came back looking like new so I gave it a shot. Started with a basic heel and flat, both well loved and would have been tossed if I wasn’t so attached to them. He not only gave them new life, he improved the style on one pair with a fantastic suggestion. After that, I dropped off 4 additional pairs of boots, a mix of flat and lug soles, and he took care of all with ease. The icing on the cake was when he was able to repair a beloved purse for me. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for expert care in shoes or handbags.
Dropped off a pair of well loved (12 year old) Frye boots to be resoled. Very quick and thorough service. The boots came back looking great. Highly recommend. Friendly and kind too.
The owner, Tiko, was the nicest guy ever!! He listened to me as I told him exactly what I wanted fixed. This was no easy task. I asked him to change the way my suede boots were made and he not only fixed them but added a unique design making them even better than I could’ve asked for! He was so responsive and got my two pairs of boots fixed and they’ve never looked better!! I am such a happy customer and I can’t wait to bring more shoes there!! I’m so glad I found this GEM!!!
