I have been coming to Lapels in Westford for years after numerous bad experiences with other dry cleaners in the area. The owners Tim and Kim could not be nicer and most accommodating. The service is fast and we have NEVER had a problem with the quality of the dry cleaning. Kim also does tailoring at VERY reasonable prices. These owners go over and above to do the best job and make us feel like family. I highly recommend and will never go anywhere else!
