She patiently listens to me describe what I’m looking for, offers her professional opinion, and is both skilled and so fun to chat with through the appointment. I was recommended this place by one of my friends. I got a haircut, Tracy was really nice. She did take time to understand what kind of haircut I was looking for.I seemed it was bit rushed, after washing I noticed that the haircut didn't look layered but seemed more blunt.I must point that the prices are lesser than other salons in neighborhood.Service: Haircut

Very nice, in scheduling, servicing, and pretty fast gracious professional haircut and styling choices. The store also displays waxing spa pricing etc. Variety of products, and some travel size kits. Certainly recommend the stylists including Kip and others, customers are glad about how they care about their quality of service and precision. A very good place for working professionals and important occasion needed haircut and fixture to workplace attire quality investment. Thanks.Service: Hairstyling

When I first started going here for a cut and color, I was very impressed with their work. However, there have been multiple occasions when my stylist gave me a haircut that was much shorter than intended even after understanding the style and length I wanted. As far as the color is concerned, I usually go for a dark brunette. Again multiple times in spite of letting my stylist know that I do not like the red undertones, my stylist just decided to give me exactly what I did not want. So while I love the ladies at this place, I just can't seem to get what I want here and am no longer willing to make a compromise for the price I pay. I have found another place that is cheaper and a stylist that is fantastic at what I need done. So it is unfortunately goodbye from me to InStyle.
