From initial contact through wrap up - Elemental Heating was professional and genuinely courteous. The technician, Scott, arrived precisely on time with a friendly and positive demeanor. He promptly diagnosed my furnace issue and explained the problem clearly with a breakdown of the repair cost. Though I had only scheduled a diagnostic, he was able to make the repair on the spot - truly appreciated his flexibility to accommodate my own schedule. He completed the work efficiently and left the space clean and tidy. Great expertise - I will reach out to Elemental for any future HVAC needs.
Elemental heating and cooling did a dual fuel furnace and heat pump installation at our house and did an excellent job at it. Scott and his crew were very thorough with the installation and cleanup after the install. During the consult and before the install Scott was very responsive and helpful in making us understand what are the steps involved and helped us answer any questions. His quote was very reasonable compared to others and offered 5 year warranty from his company. Overall very happy with the whole process.
The Elemental Team is consistently great. On time and organized. Scott and William were both pleasant to work with and efficient/hard working while at our house. I highly recommend their installation and service work. Thank you Elemental!
