“Today was my cats first vet appointment with West Springfield Vetrenery Clinic. He is a shy boy and does not enjoy leaving his Domain and gets pretty fussy. However, they are so wonderful over there! Everyone took such good care of my kitty and were very attentive and gentle, especially Bri. She was amazing with him!! He was way calmer than I thought he'd be and thats because he was being taken care of by people who actually care..and that is important to me! I have not had the best experiences with my last veterinarian, so I'm relieved Bubby and I found our place! Thanks to everyone who made our experience there, refreshing.“
