Joining Steel Vault was the best decision I made. The coaching staff all focus on good form, are encouraging & take the time to explain & demonstrate each movement. They will work with you & repeat themselves as many times as it takes you to understand! (sorry guys, I will shut up & listen) The members just make you feel like you have always belonged. They are all welcoming, encouraging & supportive. Some of my best friends have been made through CrossFit. I highly recommend you try a FREE class and thank me later!
I love this place! The coaches are incredible and the programming is top notch. If you want to get/stay fit, this place will do it. The community is supportive and friendly. I highly recommend giving Steel Vault a try. Best part of my day!
