“Danek did an amazing job of replacing two old epoxy floors in our garage and basement, originally installed in 2018 by another contractor, that had bubbled, peeled and cracked. One was particularly tricky because it was in a wet environment and over ceramic tile, which meant it had to be removed with a chisel by hand so as not to break the ceramic subfloor (an incredibly laborious surprise for which they did not charge extra). It also had to blend with the old epoxy floor still in place around it. At Jake’s suggestion, I opted for a slightly different color so that any difference would look intentional. It came out beautifully. Jake was also great about communicating and was meticulous about removal of the old floor and the prep for installing the new. We feel certain that this floor is going to have a much longer life than the last one! My husband and I would hire Danek again in a second. And in fact plan to, since we need our wood floors refinished.”
