Wagner Rug replaced our living room carpet with a hardwood floor. Their work and their service was phenomenal! They were happy to work with me as I changed my mind over the type of flooring and the options multiple times. The work was done in a day and the room was perfect when they were done.Highly recommended!

I Highly Recommend using Wagner Rug & Flooring. This is our second time using them. Niko and his team of installers were very Professional, Courteous and provided Excellent Service and their prices were reasonable! Installed carpeting looked Great!

I HIGHLY recommend Wagner Rugs and Flooring of Westfield MA. ALL staff were very Professional, Kind and Helpful, from shopping, purchase to installation! They were recommended to me by a friend and I will remain a very loyal customer. I wanted to work with a 'Ma and Pa store' and they didn't disappoint with friendly and quality customer service and installation.
