Excellent experience with Wagner Rug & Flooring for some big flooring projects! Rob and the whole team were very responsive, helpful and patient during the decision-making process, clear and prompt with quotes and timely, detail-oriented and efficient with some tricky installation logistics. Very easy and enjoyable to work with. Best of all, the finished products are everything we hoped for! Highly recommend Wagner for your next flooring project!
Wagner has now completed 2 rooms in my house, and installed tile and carpet. The outcome is even better than expected. There has always been excellent communication as well as completing tasks as scheduled. I could not be happier.
We had the best experience ever with wagner! We originally were gonna go with Home Depot. It was a couple hundred dollars less, but you would not get the professionalism and warranty that we’ve gotten from Wagner. I’m talking from the first guy we talked to Greg and to the owner, Nico and then the guy who installed the rugs. Please forgive me. I forgot his name. But they were all wonderful❤ And after it was all said and done, we got a beautiful handwritten note from Greg and simple things like that make a big difference. So please consider shopping local and go to Wagner 💕
