“We had Hampton Flooring Center re-tile our kitchen and I was really happy with the results. The have a great system from determining quotes: the rep that came over for measurements was extremely professional and they were able to come up with a details (itemized) quote the same day with clear expectations. They were able to schedule us quickly and completed the entire project in 3 days. I especially like how professional all three of the guys working at my house were and the time the team spent with the prep and underlayment before laying tile: Tile is all about your base and they really nailed that part! I would absolutely use them again when I have another flooring project.“
“We ordered wall to wall carpeting for three bedrooms and were required to pay a large deposit. We were encouraged to bring a sample home to be sure about the color. David came out and measured the rooms for accuracy even though I had done it previously. Nyomi was responsive to my calls as we waited for the carpeting to come in (a couple of weeks). The installers were polite and did a good job. They informed us that the mats under the old carpets were still in good condition and were thicker than the mats ordered (only one price and style for mats) so we decided to keep the old mats. Nyomi reviewed the order and decreased the price accordingly. Carpet installation took one and a half days. Based on this positive experience, we will use them again and recommend them to others.“
