He handled all the permitting and interaction with the town departments, which were particularly trying as they requested architect building plans prior to issuing the permit. Fortunately he had an architect that he frequently worked with and the plans were generated the next day and successfully submitted. Despite the added town requirement the job was started within a couple days and finished within a week. The quality of the work was great and the repair was well matched to the original building finishes. Joe kept me up to date on every project milestone and worked through all the town department requests. I would not hesitate to contact him for future projects. He was really positive and a pleasure to work with.“
