“Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

“Simply the best! Our home addition completely surpassed our expectations.We extended our garage, adding a bathroom, mudroom, and pantry in what was the back of our existing garage. After our contract was drawn up, we realized there were a few items that were not on the list and they accommodated us where they could which was awesome. We also supplied the crew with an incorrect mirror, and it wasn’t until after installation we realized it was the wrong size. Feeling embarrassed I let them know and they happily took it down and boxed it back up for us with no issue. Another mirror we supplied was broken before they arrived, whoops. The crew showed no signs of frustration with my ineptitude. I cannot stress how pleasant and professional they were.When we realized one door opened the opposite way we would have liked, JB Cote sent someone over to adjust it very promptly. We were very happy with how they wanted everything to be right. There was a bit of confusion regarding the contract, and it's something I needed to pay more attention to, but it did not impact our view that this is a 5 star company.JB Cote has been the best construction company we’ve worked with since moving to Rhode Island. When they left, everything was neat, new topsoil and grass seed were in place and we were good to go. There was one little glitch. I notified them and they came right back and took care of it.
