Between Alex and Marisol, his highly competent assistant, each aspect of the rehab was coordinated and completed efficiently and in a timely manner and the communication from both was excellent. “This is our 4th time using Veteran’s Contractors, this time it was for a bathroom. Total demolition- new everything- tile shower, lights, floor, between-the-studs secret cabinet, and he was able to magically make our shower area bigger by moving the main stack into the wall. He added a window into our previously dark, cramped bathroom, and now it looks like a luxury spa.

His knowledge and expertise are invaluable; everything is done properly. Along the way, he noticed a small leak from the siding that he repaired, and he also fixed a creaking spot on the floor. His tile work is impeccable, he also made creative suggestions for all the little things I didn’t think about (niche edges, shower curbs, window curbs, etc.) With Lewis, you are hiring a contractor and a designer.

He responds immediately, and his craftsmanship and vision are superior. When little hiccups came up, Lewis thought about them creatively and always gave me options. “Bruce Stivaletta of Stivaletta Corp. solved two tricky construction problems I had. First a home basement was flooding during a major storm and nobody else was interested in helping. Bruce immediately came over and installed a sump pump under extremely difficult conditions. The second problem. Bruce replaced a drainage pipe under a driveway after the first company punctured the two-house gas line. After the line was repaired Bruce was able to carefully replace the drainage pipe without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend he bid your project large or small. His prices are fair, and his work is superb. I plan to ask him to bid the next house.“

When they left, everything was neat, new topsoil and grass seed were in place and we were good to go. There was one little glitch. I notified them and they came right back and took care of it.
