We can not say enough about how great Zelos has been for our son! He started last January and he has gotten stronger, faster, and more confident. He loves going there and loves working with Anthony and his staff. We are so happy we found Zelos and all they have done for our young athlete!

Great place. Great staff. My 2 sons truly benefited from Zelos in the off season for HS football and baseball. Highly recommend this facility for an athlete that wants to take it to the next level.

Zelos is the best gym around for sports related training and personal training!! My son who is a hockey goalie has been training with them consistently since June 2018 and his results are incredible!! Anthony and his team have developed a plan based on his individual goals focusing on speed, agility and reaction time and it has made a huge difference in my son’s performance. His goals have been surpassed and he has his mind set on the next level which the trainers at Zelos will help him attain:) I highly recommended ZelosAthletics!
