Best yoga in the area by far, excellent instructors and great sense of community at the studio
November 2023
I just started the beginner series and so far it's great! I have a pretty sedentary desk job and find it hard to break away. Couple that with bad habits formed around COVID and change was in the air. Also my wife is a Yogi and she wouldn't stop telling me how good it makes you feel. So I gave in and I'm happy to report that she's not wrong. Never is, actually. Our instructor for this series is Anne. She's thorough, explains everything and is super compassionate about each persons ability. 6 stars.

Metrowest has great teachers, which is why I've stuck with them for as long as I have. However, the management is terrible. They recently raised prices for everyone while simultaneously reducing accommodations. The bathrooms barely work and loyal customers are expected to pay extra for no added benefit. On top of that, we are paying for another studio in a dilapidated building that nobody attends. The people in charge have no customer-service skills and are often rude via email.
