I recently moved to the area last month. My windshield wiper broke and being about 3 hours away from my usual mechanic I spent my morning calling around different auto shops for ASAP help. Westborough Auto was the only one who picked up the phone and said they’d be able to do it no problem. The service was quick and they kept me informed of any other issues.
The waiting room was heated and toasty which was a plus. I’ll be returning for any auto needs or when I need my inspection sticker

I edited my review to reflect a change in the experiences I had interacting with the Westborough Automotive services. I had originally been quoted for a replacement of a transmission, which totaled $7,000, and had towed the vehicle to a second mechanic to have it looked at and repaired, turns out the CV Axel had broken and needed to be replaced, this repair costed $450.
After leaving a review of my experiences with the misdiagnosis and having to have my car towed to a second location, the owner, Dan, had reached out to me.
In a timely manner, Dan had responded to my review online and via text offering his apologies, an explanation for the misdiagnosis, and offered reparations for the tow truck, making good on the situation.
Dan was quick to respond, and an open-honest communicator.

Greedy owner with low quality work.
I visited this mechanic for a pre-purchase car inspection.We went there and gave the car to the mechanic.
About 10 minutes later, the mechanic showed us the car while it was lifted. He said everything looked amazing and that the car was in perfect condition. We believed him and negotiated the price based on his comments.
However, after I bought the car, I took it to my own mechanic. They found many problems, with repair costs around $2500. The first mechanic didn’t even notice the rotted exhaust or the dashboard warning light that shows a leak.
Now, I have no money left for repairs because I spent everything on the car. .

Went for an inspection in the morning around 930AM. First week of the month. Only one car ahead of me. Very quick! Was in and out in less than 20 mins. Only downside (and that’s why I gave 4 stars), it was cash only.

I am so glad that I found westborough automotive period. They are courteous, honest, and professional. I am extremely satisfied with all of the work performed on my car and highly recommend them if you're looking for a mechanic. They are also very reasonable on what they charge for the work done.

I got a flat tire near the rotary on a wet, snowy day back in April. Thankfully I pulled over in the gas station across the street, and my partner went over to ask if they'd be able to help. Ashley was came over in 15 minutes, quickly changed on our spare , and ordered me a new tire to get there by 1:00 pm the next day.
The next day I called a tow and it took only about 30 minutes for my tire to get replaced. The price was very reasonable. We're very grateful for Ashley's speedy and friendly service and willingness to make time for us. Will definitely be back in the future!
