I have seen four different acupuncturists over the last few years who have been very flexible and open to accommodating my personal needs. Kathy abruptly ended my treatment without an adult conversation when I expressed areas that cannot tolerate needles. It was a complete waste of my time and I was shocked by her inflexibility and lack of communication with me. She could have at least tried to complete the treatment as I was a paying customer. Every patient is unique. Acupuncture has provided tremendous benefits for me despite the modifications I need. It’s a shame it has to be her way or the highway.
