I visited the Center because a good friend gave me a gift card - and I’m already planning my trip back!
Though it was a bit of a drive from the city, Release has it all! From massage therapy and facial options to steam/sauna rooms and mineral pools, it’s a one stop shop for all of your spa needs.
The facilities are clean, the parking options are plentiful, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (Gina & Omaira were great hosts!). In addition, there are food and drink options on site (though they were closed when I visited).
My first time coming here for my birthday and it was a great experience. It was incredibly relaxing and the staff were friendly and kind. I especially loved the hot tub, steam room and the lounge to just relax and read a book, enjoy some tea/water. It was nice coming on a Tuesday as it wasn’t too crowded and got a lower price on the bliss area experience. Shout out to the staff for the nice birthday card and making me feel welcome. Also to Traci who is an amazing esthetician! I loved my facial. I will definitely return. The cafe (Tacoborough) next door was also great where you can enjoy a smoothie or Mexican food. I had the guacamole toast and it was good.
I have had several wonderful experiences at release but feel compelled to write a review after an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage with Poppy Marie. She really honed in on my problem areas with fantastic technique and I look forward to visiting her again.
A wonderful benefit of a service at Release is the use of the Bliss Spa amenities before hand. The eucalyptus steam was such a treat during the cold weather and I think really prepped my body and mind for complete relaxation.
