We specifically ask for Sam Patulak for our maintenance and repair work on both the HVAC and heating systems. He is able to diagnose problems and suggest practical solutions. He once diagnosed a problem and fixed it in a way that saved us hundreds of dollars. We highly recommend him.

CPS tech Kenny arrived on time, and performed the maintenance in an efficient and competent fashion. He mentioned several recommendations and included them in the email he sent later that detailed the work performed. This is a great service from CPS, as it lets me know what has been done and what could be done and what the cost would be. I would certainly recommend CPS to others!

Peter Greenwood arrived early which was great. He checked out my current central air system and then discussed my options as I wanted to replace the system. He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained about the unit I decided to buy. We selected a date of installation and I gave him a deposit. It was an easy decision for me to make.
