I had an epidural nerve block with two needles, dye, etc and had no pain at all. A small prick hardly felt and I was so pleased! I highly recommend Dr. Woods and his assistant. One of the best doctors I have ever had! He was kind and gentle and checked on me twice in recovery and then walked me to the waiting room! You can’t ask for more tha that! What a great doctor! Highly recommend him!

The staff is welcoming especially Sean who always greets you with a smile and positive attitude! Every Doctor we have seen has been extremely knowledgeable, patient and had a beyond exceptional bedside manner! It is worth the hour drive to know you will be seen on time by doctors who care about your health and treat your issues.

I have been a patient at Pioneer Spine and Sports Physicians (West Springfield) for roughly 12 years. This doctor’s office is absolutely incredible. From the receptionist out front to the physicians in the back and everyone in between. They are so friendly and helpful. The portal is so convenient and it is always up to date. You send the office a message and they get back to you so quickly. If they are unable to answer your question, they find the answer and call you right back.
