Reviews
From the very beginning, Eric and Peak Performance Exterior Home Improvements were a pleasure to work with. Eric stopped by promptly to provide an estimate, brought multiple shingle samples, and even shared addresses of homes that had the shingles we were considering, something you don’t often see from contractors anymore.
Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Eric was responsive, clear, and proactive every step of the way. He provided a very reasonable price, stuck to the agreed-upon timeline, and delivered exactly what he promised.
His crew was equally impressive, courteous, professional, and very respectful of my property while completing the work. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free.
If you’re in the market for a roofing or siding contractor, I wholeheartedly recommend Peak Performance Exterior Home Improvements and Eric.
Last February we had a leak in our roof. we called 3 different roof companies including Eric at Peak Performance. He reached out same day and fixed the problem before the other companies even reached out. Fast Forward to summer. Reached out to Eric and 2 other companies about replacing roof. Again Eric was quick on the response, came out, measured explained the entire process, treated us like family. Roof was just completed last week. Looks Fantastic! I highly recommend Eric/Peak Performance. A+++ service. Great guy, hard worker, great response time genuinely cares and awesome to work with. if you need a new roof Eric is definitely your guy!!!
